Nature of Our Products

Nexus offers digital downloadable materials including health guides, bulletins, research summaries, and wellness resources. As our products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access upon purchase, they are classified as digital goods.

No Refund Policy on Downloadable Materials

All sales of downloadable materials on Nexus are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or delivered, no return or refund will be issued. This applies to:

Individual downloadable documents
Health update packages
Bundled material collections
Any other digital content purchased through the platform

This policy is in place because digital products, unlike physical goods, cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Delivery of Content: If a purchased file was not delivered or the download link failed, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 working days, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method.

How to Raise a Refund Request

To raise an exception-based refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at cognitiveink11@gmail.com with the following details:

Full name and registered email address
Order ID or transaction reference number
Description of the issue
Screenshot or proof of payment (if applicable)

Requests raised after 48 hours of the transaction will not be eligible for review.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of One-Time Downloads

As digital downloads are made available immediately upon purchase, cancellation of a completed order is not possible once the transaction has been confirmed and the download link has been issued.

We strongly encourage users to review the product description thoroughly before completing a purchase.

Cancellation of Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you have subscribed to a Nexus subscription plan for recurring access to health content, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation Request Window: You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written request to cognitiveink11@gmail.com or through your account dashboard.
Notice Period: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 working days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
Confirmation: A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within 2 working days of receiving your request.

Cancellation by Nexus

Nexus reserves the right to cancel a user’s access or subscription in the event of:

Violation of our Terms & Conditions
Fraudulent or suspicious transaction activity
Misuse of downloaded content in breach of our copyright terms

In the event of cancellation by Nexus for reasons not attributable to the user, a pro-rata refund for the remaining subscription period will be issued within 7 working days.

Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery Only

Nexus is an exclusively digital platform. We do not sell or dispatch any physical products. All materials — including health guides, bulletins, research summaries, and wellness documents — are delivered digitally via download.

There is no physical shipping involved in any transaction on the Nexus platform.

How You Receive Your Materials

Upon successful payment or registration (as applicable), your downloadable materials will be made available through one or both of the following methods:

Instant Download Link — A direct download link will be displayed on the confirmation page immediately after your transaction is completed.
Email Delivery — A download link will also be sent to your registered email address within 15–30 minutes of purchase confirmation.

Non-Receipt of Download Link

Our team will resend the download link or resolve the issue within 1 working day of receiving your report.

Download Validity

Download links provided by Nexus are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the link may expire. If you are unable to download within this window, please contact us and we will reissue the link at no additional charge, subject to verification of your original purchase.

Technical Requirements

To access and read downloaded materials, users are advised to have:

A PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader or any equivalent application)
A stable internet connection for initial download
Sufficient storage space on their device

Nexus is not responsible for any inability to access materials due to incompatible devices or software.
